About Us

The New England Poker League was founded in 2005.  League play began on June 18, 2005 and will through the end of the year.  Each player accrues points for each event they play in.  Points are awarded based on the finish of each individual player.  The New England Poker League Championship will be awarded to the player who has the most points at the end of 2005 and a "Tournament of Champions" may be held as well.

Basic Rules of Play

• Tournament Director is used to manage each event, including the  rankings, blinds/rounds, payouts, and more.

• Each player will start with $1500 in chips.

• Play continues until one player has all of the chips in play

• Add-on's and re-buys will be subject to player vote prior to the start of the event.
